The Poudre River Trail is one of the most popular trails in NoCo. Want the inside scoop on the project?
October 2, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Odell Brewing Company
Speakers: Alex Hager, journalist and KUNC reporter; Zac Wiebe, Planning and Natural Resource Manager for Larimer County Department of Natural Resources
The Poudre River trail runs through nearly 50 miles of Northern Colorado, crisscrossing farm fields, residential neighborhoods, and lush ecosystems. A trip on the trail provides a glimpse of the area's many different identities — and the way it's changing.
Reporter and journalist Alex Hager covers water across the West but called the Poudre River basin his home. This past summer, he biked the trail from top to bottom, stopping along the way to see the places and people who define Northern Colorado and tell the story of its past, present and future.
Zac Wiebe with Larimer County will be in attendance to answer any questions regarding trail construction and completion.
